The website is very informative and engaging especially for students. I feel like its very friendly and a lot of the lesson plans and information is presented in a videogame and Disney reference.  It includes sections about the different lessons, from world-history to US-history, as well as video-games that connect to the lesson plans and engage the students.  The website includes a whole section about contacting the teacher and the calendar for the class so the parents and students always know what's happening and how to talk to the teacher.  One specific thing that was interesting was the inclusion of blog, I feel like its not necessary but a interesting addition to the website, where the teacher can share his opinions and experiences with students.

In my professional teaching career  I would use technology as a tool to communicate with students if they have any issues and need help. I will use in today's technological world, to assign homework, access materials and present presentations.  I will also use technology to learn from websites, articles, journals and videos to be a better teacher and have more knowledge in the field I am teaching.  I will specifically use tools such as google classroom, and outlook to communicate with students and assign assignments. They are easy to use and are great for assigning assignments and keeping students in touch. I will also include PowerPoints online so students who missed a class can view them online to catch up. 

I think AI can build a structure and the basic idea for the lesson plan that you can modify for your needs. Lessons plan with AI should require human input to make sure the lesson plan is exactly what you need and careful review of the product for any mistakes or misunderstanding with AI. AI can make mistakes or do something that it processes you wanted but instead made something else, so human review is important.  The assignment taught me that a good lesson plan is one, that is balanced and includes student engagement and lessons so students learn and are engaged with the material. AI lesson plan helped me visualize and see how lesson plans can be structured so next time I can do in a similar format with some modifications that work for me.  I liked that the group was integrated with canvas so it was easy to access and no need for another software. I liked all the features but I wish there was a way to communicate with the classmates privately and in like a tab. Maybe there is I just haven't found it.

I hope to learn how to utilize technology in classrooms to help students learn. I want to learn about the different tools that teachers can use and also about the methods that they use to prevent student distractions. My experience with Word has always been divided. On one hand I like the multitude of functions it has compared to other software.  Like they more advanced page setups, AI integration, and just more play and ability to work with your design. On the other hand a lot of its functions are clunky and its not super friendly. All through my high school years I was mainly using Google Docs due to its simplicity and accessibility. I didn't need to buy a subscription or go through an app and multiple steps to write my paper. Google docs was just far more convenient. My worst experience with Word would be when I was working on a business project and any one small change to a page made everything change too, it might have been due to inexperience but that experience has been stuck with me.  Also whenever I tried to pdf the file everything would move around too much.   My experience with blogging so far has been mixed. I think I like to write blogs and I would like to develop this skill further. At the moment I like the ability to express my voice in writing, as well as develop my writing skills. These skills could help me in my career as well as school life. I don’t like blogging because of the mental blocks you can have, especially with writing something creative or not factual that you can go off.  As of right now it's not that bad, because I have a prompt to write about.  I have learned a lot from blogging but most importantly I have learned to express and format my thoughts on paper.
